One of our recent homepages featured some breathtaking aerial photography. If you take the time to read the description on this work, you’ll see the aerial image was taken using a kite. Not a hot air ballon or a plane. This artist regularly attaches his camera to a kite and launches it hundreds of metres above the earth.

There’s talk of an international KAP community, the loan of kites and equipment from a generous man named Lenny, an apology to his better half for this obsession and off we go.
