Coming soon to a bubble near you
A big thanks to everyone who has jumped on board. It’s such a buzz for us to see the community evolving and so much great work on display.
One of the most common requests we are getting is “what’s next?”, closely followed by “when?”. So to keep you all in the loop, here’s the inside word on what’s coming soon at RedBubble…
1) T-shirts – Design your own or buy one from the other talented folk on RedBubble. Either way, we’ll print on demand and send them out. Black and white to start with, using high quality American Apparel tees.
2) Activity Log – The overview tab in MyBubble will soon help you keep track of sales you’ve made, comments on your work, who likes your stuff, and what people on your watchlist are doing
3) Mounted Prints – Art and photos mounted on gatorboard – a top request from all you graphic artists out there. Super strong, dimensionally stable, and dent resistant. All at a nice affordable price.
4) Better Gallery – Browse more easily through the rapidly growing set of work. Check out the newest stuff, most popular, featured, maybe even wander randomly.
5) Email This Link – Making it easy for you to tell your friends about your favourite works, journal entries or RedBubble members.
Beyond that, new stuff will be coming out every month or so. A few things near the top of our wishlist are postcards & greeting cards, canvas prints, and print-on-demand books.
So, what do you most want to see on RedBubble? We can’t promise to build it all, but your feedback is a big part of how we decide what to build and when.

I’ve already emailed some feedback, but I just came up with another suggestion: Digital desktop wallpaper sized downloads, for a fee. I’ve already been asked for that.

Also, I expect people might want to get a preview of just how sharp the full-res version of an image is. Perhaps a heavily watermarked full-size image could be made available for people to preview?

I would like personalised calendars for gifts for this year’s Christmas presents, greeting cards teatowels for those of us who still use them.
