The economics of the calendars are completely unreasonable. It’s unlikely to sell a calendar for $25 (many bookstores in US have beautiful calendars for less than $15) and even such a high price leaves only $6 for the artist.

Oops, um I just realised that bubble formatting also applies to the bubblesite and have done a link in the normal way. Is that okay?

On another note, is it possible to have the my bubble setup so that the art, clothing, or other can be rearranged easily by click and drag instead of using the up and down arrows? I want to organize my pictures, but using the arrows takes a long time… thanks!

I have my first calendar and while I have decided my images aren’t up to scratch and I need to rephotograph all my artwork! there are a couple of things I really don’t like about the calendars:
1. The wire hanger is very poor quality and lowers the tone of the whole product – I love my calendars (as do many of my friends) and we all agreed that it is simply not worth $20 , let alone a resale value of $25-$30.
2. The calendar part itself is not big enough – the boxes are not big enough to write in – all us calendarholics use the calendar as a wall planner and subsidiary diary (as well as the pictures LOL) and the spaces are simply not big enough. I would rather have my pictures a bit smaller and the calendar spaces larger, than the format they are now.

I have no issue with the quality – the paper and production is excellent, but I would not be able to market these for under $30 and at that price, I think people would baulk.

Anyway thats my 2cents worth…

i know i’m being greedy but is there any chance we will ever see bags (like shopping bags) as another printable option???? and there are so many blank t-shirt backs around – they need printing on too!!! : D

I saw $30 RRP mass produced printed calendars in a store today. $30 for an original photographic print calendar is a bargain (too cheap at $30 in my mind).

It presents a pricing dilema. On one hand (at say a high retail purchase price of $60) it’s pricey for a calendar but still very cheap for 13 photographic prints (at $4.60 per print) that can be framed later. $4.60 a print is too cheap when I think of it that way. Tricky to price and sell. But a good looking product.

Bubblesites is something we’re planning on rolling out the calendars to, but there’s a fair bit of work involved there so it may take a few weeks.

LOVE the calenders – would also love to create a ‘favorites’ – as I have so many – collective creative images from other amazing RBs – Cheers :)

The calendars are screwing up big time. I can’t save changes. It keeps showing me old versions I saved hours ago. Or I click on one calendar and it shows me another.
I deleted and re-posted with different names 3 times and it still keeps showing old versions or the wrong calendar entirely. This is wasting a lot of my time. Please make the calendars work properly!!!

Thanks guys for the fantastic work you are doing! The calendars are fab, but I agree with a couple of comments that if you can lower the base price, we might make a little bread and butter while still keeping them affordable. Is there any free postage offer for bulk copies? Thanks again, I’ve gone calendar mad!!!

Can some one help me as to how to create calenders>Have tried link in My Bubble but with no success

I’ll also do my own mailout to people who I already look at my website with some of my calendar recommendations from this site.

I noticed on my calendars, and on some of other contributor’s calendars (that I’ve looked at) that there’s something wrong with the month of August. The first two days/dates seem to be Sunday and Monday, then Tue, Wed, Thur and Friday are blank (the line and number for these days are missing) and the next day is Saturday.

Anyone else noticed this?

i’ve also tried the link to see how to make? and it just keeps returning to the same page…..nothing about how to make one? please help?

my apologies? please ignore that comment as i didn’t scroll my bar all the way across where it said ‘create’ one…........and amazing. although i’ve many images that are sellable as framed art…NONE of my over 300 images are high enuf pixel to put into a callendar according to the requirements. sad

As Cornelia pointed out, the Calendars I made on Redbubble last year had a problem on one of the months… Can’t remember exactly right now but I can check if you want…

I did a search on this page for “cover” and it didn’t come up, so maybe nobody has mentioned it here…. in regards to 4) Choose a Cover Image many of us can’t pick a particular image for the cover page. For example, if I create something for my cover, then go to select it, it’s not even available in the selection. It’s no where to be found.

I have the same problem as Kimberly Palmer has. All the months allow me to choose from my entire portfolio but, “Cover Image” will only allow me to pick from 6 images – I’ve tried everything!!! Please… need some help with this. Thanks
