Why live life in the fast lane
watching life pass you by?
Why make complicated problems?
Slow down and SIMPLIFY

If you go out, in a mood,
everyone will run a mile
So if you want to enjoy your day
All you need to do is SMILE

Put a skip into your step
Maybe add a little wriggle
Tell a joke or two and
enjoy a LAUGH and a GIGGLE

Do you want to live in a nightmare
Where you only shout and scream?
You make your life what it is
Go ahead and follow your DREAM

I try to slow down. I saw that slung awhile back, looking like he was doing warp 10. I shouted out: “Hey, slow down. You’ll still make it.” But it was too late he had already gone out of sight. Lovely collaboration there you two. Great work.

Slowing down is hard but for many people smiling seems to be even more difficult, yet it costs nothing to smile, does it ? Thanks JR – lots of love XX

Hiya :o) – It works !! If you go out with a smile on your face, you will notice that loads of people will smile back at you… and as for slowing down… well the choice is: slow down a bit or STOP sooner than you would like !!! Simple really XX

So well written & beautifully expressed.
I tell myself I have no where to go and all day long to get there!
Or that I have nothing to do and all day long to do it!
Still I feel anxious and hurried and stressed.
My life is about as SIMPLIFIED as life can get, well it was, until I joined RB!!
