Wowsa Guys, I’m speechless. (but not for long)
I would like to thank the RB staff, they have had their work cut out the whole comp, Brian for selecting me as a runner up, everyone that entered and a huge thanks for Matt Bonnington who saw potential in the original. I’m just literally blown away, words can’t describe the feeling, haven’t won a prize with my photos before so to.. wow… / cue music and little men with hooks.

...but I’m not so impressed with this image… it doesn’t follow the feel of competition (nor the prize)... the first, bogus one, was more on the subject… and is really the superb image (despite everything what happened here :D )... and there are ton of really beautiful works submitted under the bwphotocomp.

That’s alright Nikola, I certainly don’t expect everyone to like my work, and I was personally surprised that two inamate objects could beat out far more human stories. That said I’m certainly happy to be picked, but it does take the edge of it given all the contraversey.

Tell you what I’ll make it my aim to capture something more like the original, when I learn how to use the Leica.
