I must say that I am incredibly offended at the selection of the winner of the USA segment. That IN NO WAY represents America. Very poor choice.

First I would like to congratulate all the winners! You all have done fine work and proven it.
Secondly, it`s not any sweat off my brow, nor any of my business. My sentiments lie with Mark Jackson on it being a poor representation of the USA. However, it is fine art.,also it is the way other countries deplict the USA. I feel in my heart that ..YES, most of us are believers in God in the USA. I also know a Christian wearing a rosary is hardly likely to be giving anyone the bird. The photo is strong and it is quite intense. It has alot of expression. For Art`s sake… You have done an exceedingly EXCELLENT job. In God We Do Trust !!! and we do Stand by our country. We may not agree with what all goes on. All we can do is try to change things. I know I pray everyday. I know many Americans do. I don`t think many Americans are very happy with the way things are. Again I congratulate you and your great display of Art! I`m sorry if I stepped on anyones toes. I don`t mean it that way! Just an opinion.

Hey, you needn’t feel that way! Think of it as a compliment – It’s easy to get people to feel vaguely fond of your work. Now getting people excited, getting them really fired up – well that’s an achievement. Kudos to you for making people feel something.

I guess so. The photo is a bit of a cliche though, certainly not my best work…
