POWERFUL INSPIRING AND CREATED WITH GREAT PASSION. This shows us the Love and passion Jesus has for us. many do nor understand What Took Place when Jesus cried out on the croos “IT IS FINISHED. He paid the ultimate price so all who believe in him will be saved.

At the beating post, he was beaten.
(Psa 129:3) The plowers plowed upon my back: they made long their furrows.
Jesus was not beaten under jewish Law, which had a limit of 40 lashes, but was scpourced under Roman law, as it was a Roman who ordered it.

1 peter 2:24 “By whose stripes you were healed. Peter was referring to * But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and *with his stripes we are healed.

EVERY SICKNESS AND DISEASE HE EXPERIENCED IN HIS OWN BODY FOR YOU AND I< AND INDEED ALL WHO RECEIVE HIM.
CANCER-HEART DISEASE-HIV/AIDS- BLOOD DISORDERS- CRIPPLING DISEASES, ALL HE EXPERIENCED< SO THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BARE SICKNESS ANYMORE. HE PAID THE FULL PRICE FOR OUR HEALING.

Then we come to the cross, where he who knew no sin became sin for us. He shed his life blood not just for a few, but for all mandkind.

THE IMAGE ABOVE SHOWS THE MAN OF SORROWS, WITH TEARS MINGLED WITH BLOOD, CAUSED BY A CRUEL CROWN OF LONG HARD THORNS. BEFORE HE DIED HE FACED SOMETHING HE KNEW WOULD TAKE PLACE, ON THE CROSS.
In the garden he prayed that His father take the cup of suffering from him. The he said, Not my will, but yours Father be done.

Have you ever asked yourself what was it that Jesus feared so much, as to request the Father to remove this terrible thing from him?

IT WAS NOT THE BETRAYAL, NOR THE TERRIBLE BEATING AND MOCKING CROWD. NETHER WAS IT THE NAILS THAT THEY DROVE INTO HIS HANDS AND FEET. IT WAS SOMETHING EVEM MORE TERRIFYING THAT ALL THIS. IT WAS THE FEAR OF BEING SEPERATED FROM HIS FATHERS PRESENCE

On the cross he cried out “MY God, My God, Why have you forsaken me. It was when he became sin that his father looked away and as Jesus said himself seperated from his dying son. God does not nor ever will look on or overlook sin.

THAT IS WHY JESUS DIED IN OUR PLACE, HE TOOK OUR SINS UPON HIMSELF, SO WE COULD BE SPARED GODS PUNISHMENT FOR SIN.

HE WAS FORSAKEN, SO THAT WE WOU;LD NEVER BE FORSAKEN BY OUR HEAVENLY FATHER.

Beautiful creation and so very right on. Many people have no idea of how badly Christ was beaten and bloodied before and during the crucifixion. This makes it even more precious the gift of life He has given us through His sacrifice.

Like wax that runs when it is hot and stops when it cools, so the warm blood of Christ ran until death took away the light within Him. But death could not extinguish the light, and in three days He arose as the Lord of All.

To post this when you are/were so new, wow!!! Now that takes courage…

I have been looking at this for about ten mins now. I can’t seem to take my eyes off this. It is so real and He did it for us. I have never seen a peace of art that has portrayed His suffering so forceful. It is to beautiful for words.
