Scattered bits of antique and retro jewelry sit on an antique tablecloth; part of an outdoor vendor’s display. These trinkets are a certain lure for jackdaws, who love to snitch and hoard glittery objects.
Inspired by the poem The Jackdaw of Rheims, first published in 1837 as part of The Ingoldsby Legends under the pseudonym Thomas Ingoldsby of Tappington Manor (Richard Harris Barham).
