Hot summer sunshine has put this contented kitty to sleep in an unusual spot.
This is a digital oil painting with a distinct texture applied to each surface element in the image.
The basis for this painting is one of gifted artist Constance Widen’s photographs. In reality, this is a spectacular trompe l’oeil painting created by Constance, commissioned by the owner of the property, on a wall in South Africa. Isn’t she amazing? The kitty-cat is my contribution.*

25% of all sales of this picture will be donated to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation.
