I am not sure what this guy is.Much smaller than a bee, as you can see relevant to the pod size.But judging by his pollen laden legs .. he does a similar job !

Post Script – Thanks to Shelly Heaths help I have determined this to be an Australian native bee.Australia’s own native honey bees are tiny (3 – 5 mm), black and stingless!
