I’ve been looking forward to seeing more of your beautiful work Ray, and this one definitely has your stamp on it. Such a gorgeous, emotive piece that really touches the soul. I find that the mix of white clouds with the dark symbolizes the mixed emotions of happier memories and the despair of her loss. I also love the lush cemetary surrounding her. Her small size is fitting… also depicting her sense of being all alone. Such a stunning work of art as always….

  • Ravenor replied

Well thank you so much Betsy!!. I really really appreciate your so kind words of praise and encouragement… wow!
and thank you for the Fav!. that is also much appreciated.. :-)

This is so beautiful Ray. Strong emotions created here…the dark foreboding background and yet the soft and green foreground seems to offer protection. Somehow the total feel is one of sadness. The title sums it all perfectly. Well done!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much for the great comment Nesi.. :-)
