Green Cicada
I spotted this nice green Cicada on the wood last night. Taken at night with a torch, untouched out of camera. I have been waiting for them to reappear for summer, one of the first I’ve seen this year.

Thanks Troy, I just changed the shot, was not happy with the blurry brightness on that one, even tho this has some shadow I think the cicada looks better, more realistic :O)

lol are they ever!! These ones up here are called 7 o’clock Cicadas, at 7pm they break out in one loud noise, like they have a set alarm and you really can’t even hear the TV! :O)
