Sale of my Original - "Fruit of Life"
Well I have some wonderful news :)
Ochre Gallery, where I exhibited in November had someone come in who wanted to buy Fruit of Life. I took it to the gallery yesterday and got a call today… its sold :)
So now, only the prints are available :)
And to top it all off, the same buyer purchased several other pieces from much better known artists, all to be displayed in his home gallery in Brisbane….
Well as you can imagine I’m well pleased with myself, even though I already miss my “fruit of life”..... it’s like letting a child go; well maybe not that dramatic, but it feels that way….but its always nice to know other people appreciate ones work enough to purchase it, especially in these economic times.
So now “PARIS HERE I COME”

I’m so inspired to paint now but with moving house in a few weeks, I’m “tempering my desire” with sketches and notes…
Mind you the money is already spent ! (LOL) before I’ve received it…. some will go on more materials and the rest set aside for part of the entry costs to ArtExpo 21 in Germany this year….. but it is nice to NOT have to hit my own savings for once LOL…. and I’m still quite chuffed!
