First glimpse of your smile
How the room ignites with illumination of
a thousand and one fireflies dancing only for us
All I see is you in the magical light
Tiny bumps rise on my skin when I think of your touch
The simplest of motion
Fingertips across my face
Tracing lines of cheekbones down to contours of lips
Lips that now smile at the thought of yours upon them
Tonight we will play
We will dine
We will laugh
Tonight you will make my dream come true once more
And tomorrow
I shall dream again
A new dream
One of happiness
And of the next time the miracle of you
brings sunshine to my heart
