My body and my posture tell a story…..

it’s one of a blunt truth,
no long winded tales,
no colorful fables,
but an undeniable fact….

So please lend me your ear, your mind and your heart,
allow me to take on the position of the narrator,
for this is indeed my story…

When you look at me,
your thoughts are sure to shift,
and your conscious may grab you,
it may draw you closer to me,
awaken you….
like the crisp air of an early December morning,
you’re keenly aware,
aware of the fact,
that my body and my posture tell a story….

I’ve been torn and beaten,
treated as the vilest thing on Earth,
I was stricken from society,
and turned into an outcast,
all because of my abstract way,
and they left me here…..in this fetal position,

with my mind, body and spirit crying out for help.

Now I ask that you CHANGE your perception,
and take another look,
an intense focus upon what you really see,
for indeed I have been shattered,

yet I am well put together…
perfectly broken in fact….

broken in the place where I can be reached,
the place where I am most vulnerable…

that place is my heart,
and it’s there that I harbor THE SECRET…

it isn’t my heartbeat that let’s me know I am alive,
but rather the beat of my heart,
that energy that won’t let me quit…

this fetal position I am in…isn’t me recoiling,
it’s me being born again,
like the intricate metamorphosis of the caterpillar into a butterfly…...

the look on my face isn’t grim,
I’m actually smiling…
I rest my head upon my knee because of the incredible peace and relief I feel being that I am in “the know”....

this light you see,
isn’t coming from an outside source,
for it RADIATES from deep within me….

I AM AN ILLUMINATION.
(the light at the end of the tunnel)

Again I ask you,
please lend me your ear, mind and your heart….

allow me to take on the position of the narrator,
for this IS INDEED my story,

.....I’ve been given the best surprise in the world,
and it’s wrapped up in the present.

(miracles do happen)

    Then I read Markezz’s words and my meaning lost meaning as it was replaced perfectly.
    Then I gazed at your sketch and it all made new sense.
