Adventures in Southwest America
Manfrotto Head and Legs
WB set to Cloudy
Recently I took a week long trip to the southern tip of Arizona and Utah; what an amazing stretch of landscape. The first few days were spent in Monument Valley snapping pictures of the Buttes and learning more about the Native Americans (Navajo) who occupy these lands.
During my stay in Page, Arizona I spent sometime in the Upper Antelope Canyons. You cannot visit the canyons on your own unfortunately due to some casualties suffered a few years back. Instead you have to locate a tour guide to drive you through the river wash. The site is something amazing I tell you. Ideally you should try to visit the canyons in the morning or evening (morning may be better for purple and red hues).
