Artist's Description

With Eilan nam Ban in the foreground and Sgorr na Cìche in the background. The name of Sgorr na Cìche (pronounced skor nah key-che) was made a bit more “modest” during Victorian times to “Pap of Glencoe”. The translation of the Gaelic name means “peak of the breast” and this was thought far too crude.
