Wonderful landscape. Simple but beautiful. These solitary Scots Pine always capture my imagination – makes me wonder how they survive against the elements in these exposed places. Anyway, wonderful :-)

Beautiful Ranald, i love the lone Pine and moody sky! The Pine is amazing.

Thanks Luis. It’s our only native pine (pinus sylvestris) and my favourite tree. With this one, you can see the wind, even though it was not blowing. The clouds do help.

Thanks Graeme. No fiddling with light for me. Can’t be bothered. Even though I shoot in raw and could mess around for hours, I’m just too lazy!
