Your attention to detail is admirable here. The rope especially, is superbly detailed.
Your words remind me, I should invest in some decent coloured pencils, as a lot of my work is pencil and wash.

Thank you – and the pencils I use are Faber Castell Polychromos. They are not your average color pencil, but for graphic artists. You can do a lot with them. I stole the from my airbrusher husband who uses them all the time :-)
