Hi I’m Bruno this is where I call home ~ Kearney. There are no shops or anything, just lots of good places to walk. It is a National Trust Property consisting of sixteen dwellings, in a conservation village on the bottom end of the Ards Peninsula;
“Kearney ~ is Northern Ireland’s hidden gem and dates back to the 9th century”.
I live here and this is my modest means of getting about. There are six dogs ~ Bruno, Coco, Pepper and Max. I suppose you could call us soft drinks ~ Irn Bru (that’s me bcos I’m the tough guy), Coke, Dr Pepper and Pepsi Max. Then there’s Winnie and Jack.
Oh and there are a few cats about here as well.
The humans are kept in cute little white boxes which are called cottages and houses, and there is a warden in charge of them; her name is Ann she’s nice. she looks after the village and allows visitors to come in and visit the humans in their little white boxes
.
But lots of people visit us everyday to look at the birds, or the wildlife, or to look over at the big island over the Irish sea which is called the Isle of Man.
Sometimes it gets a bit creepy and eery about here at nights, but I don’t mind, I’m safely tucked up in bed and the cats are in charge then.
People come and take pictures and paint or just go a walk. Jack’s in charge of showing visitors around. He loves walking with visitors and has even gone home with some.
The Irish sea is full of fish and people go out in boats and catch them and give them to other people to eat. I don’t like fish but Chrissie and Magic the cats do.
Oh and we have lots of birds ~ they live in the roof or in the trees. I don’t like birds ~ but Chrissie and Magic do.
This is my dad’s rocker ….. and he is !
People come in their fancy cars to visit us. I like cars, particularly their tyres. Chrissie likes soft tops, she finds they make great sunbeds.
Oh and this is Chrissie (she thinks she’s in charge!
Chrissie gets her picture taken

Chrissie gets her picture taken, I wish somebody would just take her !
Woof Woof (Have a nice day and visit us soon)

I love your work in sepia – landscape and swallows in particular. Fabulous work!
...and that window over-exposed is tremendous.
