Walking on the Cracks in the Pavement

Talking to me on the verge of freedom
Its sound is warm and reassuring
Stating simple obvious facts
But danger lies within such sentiments
Fear and anger have no place
Walking on the cracks in the pavement.

I have been writing since my teens. It has been an urge, an itch I have had to scratch. This work is the result of that irritation, I hope you enjoy it.
