That painting i painted based on a shot i made in NY.
The naked lady is from a nude model, that “stood” for some artists, the background is main.

This is just brilliant Racheli!!! Love the scenery… the mood… the choise of colours… the composition. Everything works so well together. I adore it and want that on my wall :-)

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!....with a minimum of lines and in a restrained style you have captured the rainy day in the city so beautifully…it would have been conventional to use greys, but you chose warm earthy colours for the buildings and brilliant blues for the figures…there is great atmosphere here…we know it’s a wet day, but there is still light and vibrancy, as if the sun was just waiting in the wings….the best of the impressionist style…

Stunning piece of impressionism! I love the red umbrellas….........remiinds me of looking out my office window in downtown Vancouver on a rainy day (years ago)—only the umbrellas weren’t so well coordinated!
