Hi I’m Lizzy a 22 year old art student, currently studying ceramics and Glass at degree level. I have been creating many weird and wonderful things for many years now and take most of my inspiration from Alice in Wonderland and anything a bit surreal and mental. I have found clay to be my most comfortable medium and love sculpting. I take a particular interest in animals, focussing mainly on the rabbit as the subject in my sculpture and paintings. I have an affinity with rabbits and have somehow become slightly obsessed; i think i may of been one in a past life;) I love the freedom of using many processes and experimenting with lots of different materials. I really put my life into my art and spend everyday thinking of new innovative ways of expressing myself and splashing paint all over everything. I need to take holidays as often as possible as my brain never sleeps and i would spontaneously combust if i didn’t get away from it from time to time.
