Fantastic capture Carol!
thank you Þórdis!
Oh wow, fab light on the pup, Carol! That looks like my car too :)
a serendipidous happenstance with the car rounding the corner to light up this composition right at the perfect moment!
Fantasic shot Carol…wow…
thanks a million ellanita :)
So you found out that the headlights of a car can produce some amazing lights !!! …now you could even take your car and use it for outside studiolighting !! LOL…ooohhh…fine moment you caught here Carol…now…a tip: crop out the top and bottom of this image…and change it into a panorama size…THAT will be awesome…PROMISE..
Dang! Michel – spot on!! thanks for the comment and tops tip … why didn’t I see it?!? .. smooooch
wow…great shot! how fortunate that you had your camera ( one should always have their camera at the ready! ) I always pull over when I see some little guy wandering about on a road and try to lure him into my car ( I’m a sucker…my girls inherited this gene as well) …but, not if they are wild beasts!! Hard to tell with this one….Excellent piece!
hi karen … the little pooch is my friend’s dog and we were shooting at a lookout above coolangatta beach… this car came round the corner just as I was composing a pic with the dog … wot luck! :))
Looks like the town dog . . . great shot, Carol . . . excellent work.
you could say that … it’s my friend’s dog actually … right place, right time! :))
Amazing capture!!! I hope that lil’ doggie is street smart & stays off the road!!
thanks angie … he is pretty street smart, he was waiting by the kerb for the car to pass … a lucky shot!
It’s a fine and well lit shot but my first thought was ‘Why won’t @!))$^ owners keep their animals in at night?". If this car had hit the dog the young driver would be the worst in the world.
a bit of a misleading title, odille… the dog was waiting at the kerb for the car to pass and for me to take a lucky shot! :)) thanks for your comment, much appreciated ~Carol
Wonderful capture Carol!
