Hello, I live in the sprawling metropolis of Lincoln, Nebraska. In 2008 out of curiosity, I attended an eight week course in digital photography and to my suprise it has ignited an obsession with shooting photos. My portfolio consists of heavily saturated color shots that possibly convey a distinct look. Many of my subjects are of architecture with emphasis on abstract realism.
My weapon of choice is a Canon EOS 50D w/ a 18-200mm lens, as a backup I use a simple Canon PowerShot A720 IS that also works well for macro work. If possible I like to shoot RAW images in the manual setting with my manfrotto tripod. Post editing I try and limit changes to just light levels, saturation adjustment, & framing.
Hopefully my pics will have brightened somebodys day or with any luck their walls. Red Bubble has been a artistic guilty pleasure brought on by the non-stop stream of amazing art from around the world. Thanks for stopping by & appreciate all comments and viewings of my pics.
Above all, I craved to seize the whole essence, in the confines of one single photograph, of some situation that was in the process of unrolling itself before my eyes.
