I was born in Leicester, uk. Had an ordinary secondary education. Married in 1960,i have been a wood machinist , council estate caretaker, taxi driver and various other jobs. After living in various places in uk , i eventually finished up as a truck driver doing European Embassy work. In 1999 we decided to move to Spain, where we have lived for the past 9 years. We live in a small town of Oliva, 50 miles south of Valencia, for us, it is a completely different lifestyle. I purchased our first digital camera in Sept 2007 It has changed my whole outlook on taking photographs. Before with roll film, it was pretty much a hit and miss affair. I have to admit i am not a photographer but i do like taking photos of unusual things and also, observations in the real world. I am not into digital enhancement, i want people to see what i see. I believe that in the real world, there is much more to see and enjoy. I think of myself as a searcher thats never satisfied, always looking for something not necessarily better, just different.
