Artist's Description

2, 3 or 4 Beef Sausages (depending on how hungry you are!)
Cooked to your liking on a George Foreman grill or BBQ.
6 Potatoes… mashed… add cream (or milk), butter, salt and pepper.
500g of Frozen peas placed in an oven container… add olive oil, rosemary, vegeta and cook in oven for half hour… stir occasionally.
Cut up 4 small onions and place in frying pan, add a tablespoon of sugar, a table spoon of balsamic vinegar and cook until tender… or caramelized!
Then pile up on plate and eat!! :D

I’m blessed that when I get home after a hard days work, my wife is busying herself in the kitchen creating another nightly masterpiece! The only down side is me getting inspired by what I see and I run around like a madman setting up lightboxes and remote flashguns whilst my wife screams at me about the food getting cold!! ;p
Oh well…. these afre the sacrifices we make! ;p
