Hello Paul! Thank you so much for extremely kind and generous comments! I can tell you that I got a couple of odd looks from people passing by while i was taking this shot. I was adamant that the letterbox had to be part of the shot! As i only had one lens on me at the time i had to try many different angles / perspectives until i was satisfied! Not only that, it was getting dark too so i was under pressure!!! ;p!!

Paul, this is reminiscent of the type of shot which caused me to get interested in photography in a serious way back in the early seventies. Making the mundane magnificent is one of the great joys of the art, and you have accomplished that here with significant skill. Impressive and inspirational.

Tom, there is a little HDR involved in the process but it’s just a slight percentage compared to other things that take place in post prod.
