Fantastic. I want to know the story behind it, which is probably a good sign that it’s a well done piece. What’s with the clouds? Are they photoshoped, blurred…that can’t be real…it looks like someone just finished the final ritual that will end us all…

Hello Sienna! The truth is… the sky is real. The only story behind this piece was that I was trekking around Albury / Wadonga just following the rail lines and I came across this! I wish It could be a little more exciting! ;p!

Hello cbarker! Not photoshop but Corel’s equivilent PhotoPaint.
There’s a little HDR, that really brings out the drama in the sky. Lots of contrast and a little sharpening and Da DAAA!! LOL!!

There is always an element of luck when it comes to skies, I’ve been out many a time when the sky is just a beautiful blue without a cloud… no drama!
Sometimes as it is here, lots of high and low clouds, then tweak the contrast and gamma levels and just occasionally you get a nice piece of drama! :D
