Yesterday, 300711, Catherine and myself took a trip to Exmouth for the Scooter Rally held there.
There were hundreds of Vespa’s and Lambretta’s on show, some dating from the late 50’s and early 60’s.
My pic of the bunch was this superb machine with a custom paint job dedicated to Lord Horatio Nelson, HMS Victory, and the battle of Trafalgar.
The Engine Casing, handlebars, stand, front forks and other bits and pieces are Gold Plated and cost a total of £18K to complete.
A true enthusiast (or madman) indeed.
