i really like how you’ve done this… and how you’ve been inspired. the white areas remind me of trees, a high hedge, snow… beautiful stuff!

certainly is a rich blue…ooo I must get out the paints!

I find that inks (Dr Ph Martin’s are the best but expensive and hard to find) give me the most intensity, they just seem to be a lot more saturated than paints… but a lot trickier to control!

and lovely paper to soak it up…what are you using?

  • purelydecorative replied

Some scrummy hand made recycled cotton rag from South India- Khadi papers- they have a web-site too www.khadi.com. I’m a sucker for a deckle edge.
