Love the softness.

Thanks Sylvia, I was sooo delighted with this shot. There is no way to totally control the Holga that well, so it’s a delightful surprise to see what you get.

ps which film did you end up using and where did you get it developed?

I bought a bunch of cheap Fujicolor cn 120 off the internet (iso 100)- and Michaels in the city did the developing…took your advice and got the negs on disc too. Not cheap, but oh so much fun!

Thanks Sparkles, I was having a little happy-snap day because we had 2 days of sunshine and warmth in the middle of Winter- maybe my crazy “Wish it was Spring” photo acted like a charm and brought it on…it’s gone now, sigh.
Mike Paget

Thanks Paul- I just cannot resist daisies- and I have tried, but they always win me over. They are just so relentlessly honest!

tell me, a holga is a toy cam?
interesting. i love this!
so soft, so perfect.. raaallly nice
its brilliant how it gets lighter toward the top, gives the image a bouncier sort of style))

Yep Cat, it’s just a plastic camera that lets in light around the edges and has very little in the way of focus/aperture etc control, so you never quite now what will happen. There’s a Toy Camera group on RB if you want ot check out other images…it’s fun!
migaloomagic
