Tasmanian Devil
The tassie devil’s population has been incredibly depleted by a contageous cancer which grows on there face. Taronga along with several other zoo’s now have very successful breeding programs to ensure there survival, and will no doubt need to restock the wild populations soon enough..
They are now a threatened species.
Tasmanian Devil belongs to the following groups:
Australian Wildlife, Endangered Species, Exotic Mammals and Zoophoria (2 per day, approval required) Available for sale asGreeting Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints, Framed Prints and Posters

These guys are so beautiful. I have a friend in Tassie who has reared one of these from a new born after the mother was killed. It started out the size of a match box, and is now very well fully grown and has been released (I believe) They have such lovely faces and are very cheeky. This is a lovely image. Well captured

Thanks again Karen!
