“We are all destined to be the child of our imagination.”
Thornton Wilder

When a boy, I used to walk lakeshores looking for driftwood. Most were rather plain, but a special few had something that invited me to daydream in fascination as if traveling into, though and around something very special… You know, the kind of things we used to do before age and reality took their toll? I am most grateful that I am still looking for and occasionally finding, “driftwood”!

Welcome to my world. Enjoy your visit!

I was graduated from The Rhode Island School of Photography with both Comprehensive and Advanced degrees, (1979-1980). Through a rather difficult passage and change of events in my life, I became a custom art framer until my retirement. Since then, with the advent of Photoshop, digital manipulation has become my springboard into the world of abstract art.

In art, abstracting is a cascade of ideas in search of definition.

I hope you enjoy my work as I appreciate your comments.
Thank you,
Pete
