HAPPY FATHER’S DAY, DAD! Hugs!Scanned, un-edited. The wagon my father was playing with was named “Daisey”. When he grew up, his father put it in storage at their summer camp in Maine. Approximately forty years later, I played with it!
Such a sweet capture. He was a little older than my dad. He was born in 1917.
I am fortunate to have several pictures, (originals), of my parents and grandparents…and their parents, in some instances. Thanks for sharing, Bunny. :-)

Exactly! I entered this one in a Father’s Day challenge. Thanks and for the FAV, also. :-)
What a great old photograph this is! Where was this taken? I
Thanks! Malden, MA
OOPS – I hit that too soon. I was going to say, I sense “Midwest;” Good luck with the challenge! (which group?)
Like I said, “Malden, MA” Lol Thanks, Nadya. BTW, Capt. Picard wants to know, "How does a two dimensional entity have a three dimensional reality?
Oh, posted as a challenge in Art and Photography Showcase. :-)
I missed that one! Typical. But I did go and vote… would’ve entered had I known. Maybe this one, although I’ve posted several other, even older ones. I had HUNDREDS of vintage family photos, going way, way back to the later 1800’s! The one box I really tried to safeguard; and I did. They went from Chicago to Colorado, then back to Chicago, then to California, then down to Mexico, then back here to Illinois. Thought I had them up until a year ago or so, but no. Vanished! Somewhere. One too many moves, I guess! I do have some but most are gone. And I am really bummed about it!!! Needless to say.
Picard’s Question. Hmmm! Brings to mind a question some cosmologists are posing (as reported on the Science Channel): “If, as theorized by some, we are just reflections of the True Reality existing at the far edges of the universe, why do we believe we’re real?” Yeh. Hurts your head! Photos do have a 3-dimensional reality, I think. That would be especially true if yet another theory’s accurate… to wit, all of time and space ~ everything that ever happened, or ever will ~ exists concurrently. Somewhere! Now if only we could visit.
