This is the view from the southern end of the Hayes Covered Bridge, on a very overcast, misty day in late September. This farm is located off of Route 45 in Union County, on Hoover Road. It is just a couple of miles west of Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania, USA. The foggy mountain range beyond the Buffalo Valley floor provided an interesting backdrop for this autumn landscape.
