One perfect daffodil in the bright spring evening sun.
This image was shot with a Canon EOS 30D camera through a Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro Prime lens. The aperture was set to f/8, with a 1/125th second shutter speed. A Manfrotto tripod was used with the legs spread wide apart to permit a lower point of view. The camera’s mirror was locked up and a remote shutter release cable was used to eliminate movement.
This macro photograph was captured on March 25th, 2012. You are viewing one of the many daffodils that were blooming in the main entrance garden inside Brandon Park, Williamsport, Pennsylvania, USA.
