This is the incredible country view that Pennsylvania farmland travelers see when they take the shortcut from Potts Grove to Creek Road in Montandon County. It is the dusty and unpaved “Bridge Road”. I wanted to capture the incredibly beautiful setting that keeps this place so dear to my heart.
Straight ahead is the Gottlieb Brown covered bridge (AKA Sam Wagner bridge) that crosses the Chillisquaque Creek, where it immediately intersects Creek Road.
This is the bucolic view seen while driving north on Bridge Road in Liberty Township, Montour County. This beautiful landmark is located about one mile northeast of the village of Potts Grove, PA, USA. It is just a short distance from State Route 642.
