The Findley family portrait. My wife’s family from south west Oklahoma, USA. This portrait was professionally taken at the turn of the 20th century or late 1800’s. Photographed in a studio in Chicago, Ill. The frame is a family heirloom, hand carved wood, from the same time period as the photo.
The Family Portrait, In Its Original Carved Wooden Frame
This “photo of the photograph” was taken with a Canon EOS 10D through a Canon EF 24mm f/2.8 wide-angle prime lens. The shutter speed was 1.5 seconds at f/16. The camera’s ISO was set to 100. Daylight studio lamps were used for lighting. The photo has been cropped in PhotoShop CS2, to eliminate the frame.
