Nature’s eight-legged artist had been very busy creating this abstract pattern for all art and nature lovers to enjoy. The fine morning dew added a wonderful sparkle to the spider’s work.

Hello, My name is Gene. I live in the Susquehanna river valley (West Branch), in the mountains of north central Pennsylvania. I strive to produce photographic images that are simply “true” to the subject, usually with minimal post processing. If something is beautiful or interesting enough to deserve a viewer’s attention, it justifies being captured just as it is …or as close to reality as possible.

Where’s Boris? ;-) Beautiful with the shiny glints and impossibly gorgeous green. Terrific work my friend xo

  • Boris packed his bags and has left for the season. He left this little reminder behind. Thanks for your very kind assessment!

    Best wishes,

    Gene

Harry the spider’s been a play again. Marvellous capture against the green. Don.

  • Thanks so much, Don! The spider has departed and the web will be gone very soon too. I need to trim the evergreen hedges (where the web is located) before autumn ends. I cut the hedges back each fall so I can get better views of snow falling outside my living room window. I know it’s crazy, but I love snow.

    My best,

    Gene
