Precious sunshine filtering through the golden autumn leaves was exactly what I wanted to see. After days of rain and cloudy skies, this is exactly the scene I had hoped to find when I went to walk on the levee path in the park.

Trees… let’s take very good care of them, they take care of use by providing the very oxygen we breath!

This picture was captured in Susquehanna State Park, on the levee path along the West Branch of the Susquehanna River in Williamsport, PA. The image is “straight from the camera”, no alterations or post processing of any kind.

The photo was taken with a Canon EOS 10D camera body using a Canon EF 35-350mm f/3.5-5.6L zoom lens set to 35mm. The shutter speed was 1/4th of a second at f/16. The camera’s ISO was set to 100. A Manfrotto tripod was used with a remote shutter release cable.
