On my most recent visit to Bali I stayed in a small village south of the Sacred Monkey Forest, about a half a kilometer south of the royal capital Ubud. I became fascinated with this particular stretch of farm land, which I passed many times each day, and have photographed from many different angles – but this is one of my favorites. Whilst we have some human activity going on, it’s the mood of the place that I tried to capture.
