I’m still learning the ins and outs of this stuff it’s fun but hard to compose unseen results which is a big part of the fun

AWESOME, VERY UNIQUE IMAGE, LOVE IT

  • Thanks Spiritinme
I have been spending some time capturing Light and movement and though I am having some difficulties finding definition and understanding Methods of Composing Subject and Perspective with this technique it has been fun and looking forward to learning to control the camera and determining the outcome.

I really enjoy these kinds of shots, they show “night life” like no other style :)

  • Thanks Beth, I have become quite intrigued with this form of Photography, I am still trying to find my form and the struggle with Balancing Subject with Objective Perspectives has become a fun challenge for me. Can’t wait to find what I’m looking for in this.

    Fantastic colours…great capture Jason!!! *-)

  • Thanks Deb, I tried it out in an array of Duotones and Monochrome but colour seems to be the strongest emphasis for this type of Photography but I do keep my eye out for that Sepia or B&W shot ha ha ;O)

AWESOME!!! I have to try this ~ you’re doing this hand held?? impressed and inspired!! xx

  • Thanks Linda, yes this is hand held (The secret is that I pressed my camera firmly against a tree while the shutter was released)
so so I guess the truth would be that it is Hand Held firmly pressing camera against a tree Hand and Tree Held 100% LOL

Excellent work Jason, it looks really intriguing.

  • Thanks Ben, I was unsure how the people crossing the street would turn out, when I saw that they were half way across with the light changing to yellow I thought I would snap this off, the movement captured with them walking through and then the traffic ensuing upon the green light turned out quite well, I am still adventuring with the Time Lapse Technique Thanks For checking this one out.

I like this night shot. There are many elements and the colour and lights add to this one too. Well done.

  • Thank you very much Elana, I have developed a bit of a taste for this style of Photography, though it is not my favorite style of shooting I don’t think I will pass up the opportunities to explore it when I can.
