I am Not taking any side in the Unger case

This is the story from the Mr Wittrig
Now it looks like this case is got some complexity to it and I am not simply going to take a stand outside what is the Truth,
I’m In Support of an outcome that is Fair to the Situation at hand with all the facts brought to light and no biased fleecing or Tactical Gains
If there is an Innocent Mistake and Mr Unger has decided to pull out guns to shoot his opponent down dead for the sake of Media Attention then Shame on him, but if there is a legitimate Copyrights issue then may the arm of justice properly weight the scale in favor of what is lawful but as far as I can see Mr Unger is making a big deal out of a Mole hill or at least it seems as much for having investigated what Mr Wittrig is saying. I have emailed Mr Wittrig for further information on his side of the ordeal and I will wait for a response if any.
So as of These moments I am Neutral Pendulum swinging Against Mr Unger.

I wonder who is telling the truth. I read about this in a journal by another RB member
here. In the article she linked there was something about a woman who met Wittrig at an art fair thinking it was Ungar and she claims “I am aggravated now knowing that he allowed me to go on and never said that I must be mistaking him for someone else.”
Although then again she never said that Wittrig claimed to be Ungar or was trying to pretend to be Ungar… What do you think?

I am so far on the side of the artist, until Mr.Wittrig shows that he has as strong a case…I have had so much of my own art stolen, that I tend to side with the artist first…

Hey I too Have had my Art Stolen I am yet to officially take a stationary stand before all the facts are demonstrated. Wittrig Went to Apply for a patent and Copyright through all the legal channels and was told that he could not apply Copyright to his firpit as it was what ever it was and could not fall under copyright laws. But as for the Art thing yeah I agree but there seems to be some discrepancies in the Law regarding these situation One Unger makes “Sculptures that “Furnish” Fires Wittrig Makes FirePits that “burn Word”, “Cook Food” and “Furnish Fires” there are some terms of complicating continuity that require some serious looking at Unger is making War against Wittrig Wittrig isn’t plaguing anyone or bothering anyone Unger is making Noise all over the World Unger Has indeed been making his “Sculptures yes, there is a lot of hoopla over this. I’m still weighing the content of Unger who has built a massive Wagon Train Wittrig is merely a simple man who is not really wanting things to be so messy Unger is saying that Wittrig is costing him a ton of money we need to look at the whole story. I am only interested in the Facts not momentuous debates for one side or the other
