I bask in the warmness of the sun’s rays
I am embraced by the feeling of warmth
Outside my mind, there is only silence, stillness is in the air
I keep my eyes closed, feeling the breeze
as I softly savour my solitude
My mind is quiet, for the first time in years
I am one with nature, I feel her presence all around me
I lie on the grass and feel it’s soft blades on my skin
I look around and flowers are in bloom
Spring is on show, mother nature at her finest
People around me are smiling
They feel what I feel
Beauty is everywhere
I feel peace in my heart
This bliss, this delicious bliss
just relaxing here under the sun
the solitude, the peace of just letting myself “BE”
nothing can beat this feeling deep in my soul
