Since joining RB I’ve greatly enjoyed being part of a lovely community of wonderful people. I’ve also made some new friends that I hope to meet one day in person. I have several passions/hobbies/professions (music, photography, martial arts & yes environmental engineering to name a few)! I am very blessed being able to work in all of these. Please feel free to visit & provide honest opinion on my photos as I am still learning (a day that goes by without learning anything is a wasted day).

Beautiful capture,,,so many boats, you’d really have to know where you docked!!!

  • Ha ha…. I have a hard time finding my car in a parking lot; don’t know about these guys; I’m sure they have valet parking for their boats (LOL). Thanks Dlouise for the visit and the lovely comment. Sincerely appreciate it.

A colourful capture, Hany! Q: Why are they all floating there and not sailing somewhere? Maybe owners are off driving their Ferraris instead….? What a life – and they probably enjoy the fruits of their labours! :)george

  • Good morning my good sir; many thanks for the visit George. A colourful life indeed, and a very different one from the one I am definitely used to. Answer: I believe the owners are off flying their own private jets and Cessnas to the beach club on the other side of the bay!!! Since everyone in that area owns a Ferrari or equivalent, the main road (or two) up there get a bit congested with those speedy monsters, and a private Cessna becomes a necessity. You surely do not want to be late for a tennis appointment would you?!!! I thank the Lord for my simple life. My camera and my instrument is all I own and all I need.

Superb shot Hany!!…what a wonderful life if we don’t weaken lol.

  • Hello Kate; thank you for your lovely visit. It is a different life up in that area, one I cannot relate to. But hey… everyone has their own thing to enjoy. And boats happen to be last on my list. Enjoy riding in them; never had the desire to own one. Glad you like the shot Kate. Thanks for visiting.

A lovely capture my friend but I think I will stick to my French Riviera boats…………………I do find all this boating lark a bit pretentious but what do I know………………………. I do however like the reflections on the water………………….I prefer to sit on the side and watch……………………………….from your mal de mer suffering friend…………………….Joyce

  • It is a different life up in that area Joyce, and definitely one that I cannot relate to. I only enjoy riding in a boat if I get those kind of offers (and the operative word here being IF)….. never had the desire to own a boat………. I agree with the pretentious part….. but what do I know I agree……. I as well prefer just to look at them and admire them from a distance with a photo or two……. glad we have similar thoughts on the matter of boats…. from your “getting ready to head out for an early morning meeting on a cold cold day” friend……. Hany. P.S. Hope you had the chance to catch some zeeez…..
