I am thinking a nice warm cup of cocoa with whipped cream on top of course … just sitting by the kitchen window looking out. Oh Marvin! I’m thrilled you like this so much…....would you believe, it’s not a B&W pic, it’s a regular colour shot but this is exactly how gray the scenery looked because of the cloudy sky…....It still snowed a bit more after I took this shot….....Thank you so much for your awesome comment and the FAV!!! xo

Hey Good Buddy! THANKS so much for your terrific comment my Friend! At first I thought the shot was too dark but then I thought: ‘what the hay’ ....... that’s how the scene really looked so I added it into the AS IS Group….......It wasn’t actually very cold…...only -6C…......nice balmy weather for this neck of the woods…......Well, if it’s going to snow over there tonight, then I expect some awesome shots from you tomorrow!! With photos like that I think you will draw me there faster than any Tourist Brochure. Is it true that snow creates a silence which is almost poetic? Having read snow country by Yasunari Kawabata I am really eager to feel the cold. The coldest it gets here is 4 degrees centergrade. And that is freak in itself.

Everyone around here loves a good snowfall…...........yes, you can FEEL the stillness of the country and you can hear sounds from miles away…..........It wasn’t too cold, only -6C…....did you know it can actually get TOO COLD for it to snow…......that’s a fact! LOL…........

Hi Rose. Just an Update on wether it snowed over here last night, yes, but not outside my house, just slush puppie LOL, I’m driving my train east inland today so may see some on the hills but (so sad) wont have my camera with me…

I will always try to keepup with your work Rose as you have been very loyal in commenting on mine and so I beileve that you deserve the same. The only time I might miss is when I am galavanting around the state after my gran and I get behind by a few days…
It is so lovely when you hear from someone that appreciates your work and supports you with positive comments. For me you have been one of those people (there are many who do not.. I have a large number on my watchlist that do not recipricate… I am learning that perhaps I should simply no longer watch and comment on thier work.. but hatmakes me feel sad as the artistic talent on RB is amazing). If I was able i would comment on every piece of every artist as I think that everyone deserve to have praise offered for their work. Even if it is something that is not to my personal taste, someone has put time and effort into that piece of work and it should be recognised… I would never lie and say I like sonmething when I do not, but I can be diplomatic when a piece of work doesnt touch me. I also have enjoyed learning from other here on RB. It is a great community…
I look foward to seeing more of your work and I wil l continue to comment and offer my support to you.
