Very interesting image my friend. and the title tells it all. The way the darkened background makes the subject matter stand out is quite unique. Very nice image. Susan
They were in a shady part of the garden and made it look quite mysterious there but also had a form of beauty to me which, although not like the colourful flowers we all like, had an appeal all of their own. See, I’m totally nuts. Cheers and many thanks for your lovely comment. Tony.
really attractive xx
Thanks Lynn. I wasn’t sure if anybody else would approve of this but I liked the flower and dark leaves so much as seemed so peaceful. Cheers. Tony.
July 16, 2013Beautiful work!
Thanks Teresa so much. I am really touched by this feature as I wasn’t sure people would like it as I explained to Lynn above. So pleased that you did. Cheers and thanks again. Tony.

Thanks Susie. Wasn’t sure how this one would go down. I liked it as it looked so different from the other flowers just white against the dark green leaves. Pleased you liked it too. Cheers.Tony.
yes indeed, gotta love contrast like this – great work Tony!
Hiya Georgie. Bit different and as I said to Susie wasn’t sure others would like it so I was selfish and posted it for me to look at anyway. Apologies for delayed reply. Many thanks and cheers..Tony.
How lovely this is …and such clarity ..
It’s in a lovely, cool part of the garden where it feels really peaceful but I wasn’t sure if anybody would like this as obviously very little colour to excite the eye. I’m really happy that you liked it Johanna and mentioned the clarity as it was waving around quite a lot and difficult to keep in focus. Cheers and thanks. Tony.
