i am literally speechless, scotty… you are incredibly talented… from my phone right now, this painting looks so photographic… and looks so exotic and delicious (the colors)… can’t wait to see the next one… : )
Hehe, glad u like it. I had a great time painting it. I’v started on the next one already. I’m like a machine!!
Thanks Michael, that’s a really nice thing to say. Have a great day.
Hey Luca, thanks for your comment. Much appreciated.
Great work. The sweating seems to be paying off.Nice one.
LOL, yeah the sweating is paying off, thanks Rob. But u know what, it hasn’t really been difficult enough to warrant any sweating! YET.
Thanks Clare. Definately my favourite bird painting so far.
You put so much work into this series, and they show YOUR labor of love. Incredible Scotty ! :)
Hey Ming, thanks for the comment. I do tend to put a lot into my paintings. The more I do, the quicker and a little easier they become.
Gosh!! I thought this was a photograph….masterful technique you have, fantastic!
LOL. Thanks. Without realising it, or setting out to do so, I seem to becoming a bit of a Photorealist. I still think I could be a lot better though. Also, I don’t really see it as a technique. I just paint what I see and after many hours it looks like this!!! Thanks for your comment Varry. Have a great day!
It is an extraordinarily beautiful painting, the colours are wonderful.
Thanks Sharon, that’s a lovely thing to say. It’s comments like that that keep my motivated. Have a SUPER day!
