  • It certainly is. I always wished he’d get the Roadrunner one day, but the slapstick was and still is brilliant. Thanks for commenting.

Awesome… I remember having to wait a WHOLE WEEK to get to watch Saturday morning cartoons. It was the highlight of my week! Wake up all early… Big bowl of cereal….I was there!
Now days … cartoons come on 24/7….ha..

  • Yeah there’s a lot of rubbish on these days. Apart from Samurai Jack, which is awesome! I admit, I still love watching toons at 32!! Well, my excuse is that I wanted to be an animator, so I watch them for errrr…….research purposes!!

Ah… yes….. the “code of the samaurai”
No worries… i’m 29 and still watch cartoons!!!

  • I do think Genndy Tartakovsky is a brilliant director. Have you seen his Star Wars Clone Wars toons? I think they’re better than the new films!! Especially The Phantom Menace, which I’ve totally written off.

this is sensational – and so rings true!

  • Thanks Paul. It was escapism in it’s purest form wasn’t it? I love your photojournalism work. Have you seen my painting of the Indian Sadhu?

oh my goodness, a house that i once lived in had exactly the same wallpaper, hehe
this is beautiful and very nostalgic. ;-)

  • Hey Aglaia. The wallpaper is pretty groovy. I think the colors are very 70s early 80s. Carpets and curtains back then were also just as hideous!
